Connect-Vets supports veterans in need.
Our mission is to honor and empower veterans by addressing the invisible wounds of war and the challenges of reintegration. We provide critical support for those facing food insecurity, living with PTSD and traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and in need of life-changing service dogs. Through compassion, community, and dedicated resources, we strive to restore dignity, independence, and hope to those who have selflessly served our nation.
Welcome to the Connect Vets Memorial Wall — an online place of remembrance dedicated to veterans who have passed away after serving their country.
This wall is here to honor their service, preserve their stories, and give family, friends, and future generations a place to reflect on the lives they lived both in uniform and beyond it.
If someone you love served in the military and is no longer with us, we invite you to add their tribute to the Memorial Wall so their memory can continue to be seen and shared.
You may include as much or as little detail as feels right. Many families choose to share a few words about military service, personal achievements, interests, family life, or the impact their loved one had on others.

The Memorial Wall is a place to remember veterans who served and are no longer with us. For a small donation, visitors can light a virtual candle in memory of a veteran featured on the Memorial Wall. Candles may be placed by relatives, friends, or anyone wishing to show respect and mark a meaningful day in that person’s life. These gifts help keep the wall active and cared for while also supporting the mission behind Connect Vets.
